Buyers and Sellers

EasyStockLots.com, does not directly purchase or sell any stock lots, we connect buyers and sellers easily to allow the deal to flow without any middleman. We never charge the buyer or seller any commission or handling fees to broker the deal, and EasyStockLots is not the agent, broker, or buyer or seller of the goods. EasyStockLots is a market place that simply allows buyers and sellers to connect, and conclude a transaction.

Warranties

EasyStockLots does not warranty any stock lots. Our team however continually tries to validate buyers and sellers , and uses the buyer and seller rating system to try give everyone confidence of the parties they are transacting with.

All warranties are provided directly by the seller , and are provided directly to the buyer.

We do suggest to buyers that they request a sample of the stock lot, or arrange direct viewing of the stock lot if they have any doubt about the condition of the stock lot, or arrange payment terms with the seller that mitigates risk for both parties.

The contract of sale is concluded directly between the buyer and seller. EasyStockLot will try to keep the stock lot quantities as accurate as possible, but they are not updated in real time, and the qty of the stock lot needs to be confirmed with the seller at time of offer. EasyStockLots does not take any responsibility for a stock lot not being available at time of offer.

Payment

Receiving payment for goods is the responsibility of seller, wedo advise that buyers and sellers contract with each other like in any normal business transaction, and that goods should not be shipped unless payment has been received or the seller has validated and approved the buyer for credit.

EasyStockLots does not broker the deal, and does not take any commission on the sale, and all contracts and payments are to take place directly between the buyer and seller.

Responsibility

EasyStockLots will continually endeavour to validate buyers and sellers, and to ensure that all stock lots are accurately published, but it does not take any responsibility for the condition or validity of any stock lot published, nor does it take any responsibility for any transaction between the buyer and seller, including but not limited to payment and shipping thereof, or any support or dispute resolution arising from the engagement between buyer and seller.

Country of Domicile

EasyStockLots is governed by the laws of South Africa and chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandifor all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
